The project<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Design and construction of Euleria\u2019s new premises within the Rovereto Life Sciences Hub, as part of the Manifattura Project.<\/p>\n

The project involved setting up the startup\u2019s offices and operational spaces within an eco-sustainable and technologically advanced ecosystem promoted by Trentino Sviluppo, the University of Trento and the HIT Foundation.<\/p>\n

Project carried out between 2021 and 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

The customer<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Euleria is a start-up and a social enterprise specialising in the development of innovative software and devices for rehabilitation \u2013 both in clinical settings and for remote use.<\/p>\n

The company operates in the life sciences sector and places great emphasis on technological innovation and contributing to society. It develops digital solutions to optimise rehabilitation processes and improve access to healthcare.<\/p>\n

Before the project: the client\u2019s requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Upon moving into the Life Sciences Park, Euleria required functional, flexible spaces that reflected its innovative identity.<\/p>\n

It was essential to create spaces that were capable of:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • support software development and device design activities;<\/li>\n
  • to encourage collaboration between multidisciplinary teams;<\/li>\n
  • to ensure comfort, efficiency and integration with the Centre\u2019s technological infrastructure;<\/li>\n
  • comply with the quality and environmental standards of the Manifattura Project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The aim was to create a space capable of supporting the startup\u2019s growth, whilst highlighting its position within the life sciences sector.<\/p>\n

    Our approach: the solution<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Labs2Life oversaw the entire process of designing and creating the spaces, adopting an approach focused on functionality, efficiency and corporate identity<\/p>\n

    The main activities included:<\/p>\n

    • Analysis of the team\u2019s operational and organisational requirements<\/li>\n
    • Design of office layouts and collaborative spaces<\/li>\n
    • Coordination of works relating to building services upgrades and finishing works<\/li>\n
    • Optimisation of workspaces to suit technological and development activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The project has resulted in the creation of modern, flexible spaces that blend seamlessly into the innovative setting of the complex.<\/p>\n
