Development laboratories at its branch office in Via Moneta, Milan.<\/p>\n<p>The project involved the regeneration of a former industrial site and the conversion of approximately 600 square metres into highly specialised laboratory spaces dedicated to application development and experimentation.<\/p>\n<p>The new areas are divided into:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coating Laboratories<\/li>\n<li>Laboratories for the study of adhesive products<\/li>\n<li>Laboratories for building materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project completed in 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_fullwidth_header][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; Development, capable of supporting advanced application work and testing on various types of materials.<\/p>\n<p>The main challenge was to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to redevelop a former industrial site by converting it into laboratory facilities;<\/li>\n<li>create distinct yet integrated environments for different lines of research;<\/li>\n<li>ensure appropriate technical and safety standards;<\/li>\n<li>to create functional, flexible spaces that reflect the company\u2019s technical identity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It was essential to transform an existing industrial building into a modern, high-performance technological facility.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
