It also considers how the company manages environmental risks such as pollution, disasters, biodiversity, and deforestation, and its commitment to energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">ESG social criteria<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The company&#8217;s social responsibility towards the communities in which it operates and its employees is assessed.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Ethical labor practices, support for local initiatives, and investment in community development projects are considered, as are job creation, the adoption of training and development programs to help local community members improve their professional skills, thus fostering personal and professional growth, and respect for human rights.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Finally, a fair and transparent work environment also includes (ethical) relationships with suppliers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">ESG Corporate Governance Criteria<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Corporate governance assesses a company&#8217;s sustainability and ethics and refers to the system of rules, practices, and processes through which a company is directed and controlled. It includes issues such as board structure, shareholder rights, disclosures and transparency, conflict of interest management, and employee compensation.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Transparency initiatives and reporting are crucial, as are the disclosure of financial and non-financial information, such as the company&#8217;s environmental and social impact and clarity regarding its ESG strategy and results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">This recognition confirms our commitment to promoting responsible business practices that take into account environmental, social, and governance impacts.
